ifilm star Rima Raminfar to judge at 37th Fajr Film Festival

Star of ifilm series ‘The Bounced Check’, Rima Raminfar, is set to judge at Fajr Film Festival in Iran.

The festival organizers announced on January 21 that Raminfar is on the jury panel at the main competition section of the 37th FFF.

Raminfar also appeared in ifilm series ‘I’m a Tenant’ (2003), ‘The Capital 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5’ (2010-2016) and ‘The Bounced Check’ (2012), as well as the movies ‘A Cube of Sugar’ (2010), ‘A Bad Friend’ (2007) and ‘Thirteen’ (2012).

Established in 1982, the Fajr Film Festival is an event that celebrates cultural exchange, displays creative achievements of highly acclaimed cineastes and pays tribute to local and international films.

Since its establishment, the festival has played a vital role in the development of the Iranian Cinema.

Supervised by Iran’s Ministry of Culture, the festival hosts veteran directors and new filmmakers from Iran and across the world every year.
